When you arrive at Silverside Farm you will have 40 acres of Cowichan Valley beauty rise up to meet you. Established in 1982, Silverside was originally a mixed farm with berry production beginning in 1988.
Since 2009, with the vision and passion of Don & Lyn Bull, Silverside has become a Vancouver Island tourist destination, and most of all, an experience of the best nature has to offer. Expansive views, the sights and sounds of wildlife, and sun-ripened fruit straight from the blueberry patch!
The farm produces thousands of pounds of fresh sweet blueberries each year that you can come and pick while enjoying the farm fresh air. This year’s U-Pick season will begin on Thursday, July 16th. Call or email us after to book your appointment to come and pick.
Come visit and pick some delicious blueberries perhaps bring friends and family; a fun, safe, inexpensive way to spend a few hours and leave with a delicious bag or box of berries.
